This poem was written by my grandfather, AM Overton in 1932 during the funeral for his wife and baby. During the funeral service, the preacher noticed him writing. After the service he asked him about it, and he handed him the paper with the poem he had just written, He Maketh No Mistake. It has been amazing over the years as different members of our extended family have run into this poem in times of suffering. I have come to the conclusion that not only does God make no mistakes, he wastes nothing! - Rob Overton - rob@techtoolsforministry.com
